Rationale
5cmc sorcery that draws 3 cards and peeks at the top of each player's library. The draw-3 is solid but 5 mana at sorcery speed is steep for a pure draw spell; control and midrange are the only realistic homes. The top-deck scry effect on all libraries is minor upside that rarely matters beyond awareness. Outclassed by cheaper or more efficient draw spells in most contexts.
