Brain Freeze is a 2cmc instant that mills 3 cards plus 3 more per storm copy, making it the premier storm-based mill finisher in Commander. It's a signature combo-piece in Storm and Mill decks that can cast it for a high storm count to mill an entire library in one shot. It's weak in isolation (3 mills for 2 mana is poor rate) and entirely dependent on spell density built up earlier in the turn, making it fringe in 1v1 Brawl where storm counts are harder to assemble against a single opponent.
