Dalakos is a 3cmc Izzet legend that taps for {C}{C} restricted to artifacts/artifact abilities, and grants all equipped creatures flying and haste — making him a signature commander for Izzet equipment-voltron shells. The mana ability accelerates into big artifact plays while the static ability turns any equipped creature into an immediate evasive threat.
