Rationale
4cmc blue sorcery — choose a creature type, draw one card per permanent you control of that type. A signature tribal draw spell that scales explosively in creature-dense tribal builds (Elf, Goblin, Merfolk, Zombie, etc.); completely dead in non-tribal shells. The `typal_synergy_flexible: true` flag captures that it supports any chosen tribe equally. Weaker in Brawl due to smaller board states and 1v1 dynamics limiting how many tribal permanents accumulate.

Distant Melody counts ALL permanents of the chosen type, not just creatures — token copies and enchantments/artifacts with creature subtypes (e.g., Saga-creatures, artifact creatures) also count, which occasionally allows unexpected burst draws.
