6cmc 6/6 Elder Dinosaur — whenever Etali attacks, exile the top card of each player's library and cast any number for free. Premier red attack-trigger value engine; signature in dinosaur tribal and ramp-big-mana shells that can accelerate to 6 mana and protect it long enough to swing. Actively conflicts with aggro/combo (too slow, wrong curve) and control (doesn't interact with the stack). Chains naturally with extra-combat effects (Aggravated Assault, Savage Beating) to maximize trigger count.
