Rationale
Hulk is a 7cmc 9/9 trample legendary that nukes all artifacts on ETB and must attack each combat — a massive aggressive threat in red that punishes artifact-heavy tables. Signature in pure aggro and incidentally strong against artifact-reliant strategies (combo, stax-prison); actively self-sabotaging in your own artifact-matters shells since the ETB destroys your own rocks and permanents. At 7cmc RR it's a steep top-end, but the raw stats and asymmetric board wipe make it a meaningful threat at most power levels outside cEDH.
Learnings (3)
Hulk's ETB destroys ALL artifacts including your own — running him in a deck with significant artifact mana (Sol Ring, signets, etc.) will backfire; plan around entering with few artifacts in play.

The forced-attack clause is a drawback when opponents have large blockers or deathtouch creatures, but in red aggro shells it rarely matters since you want to be attacking anyway.

Against artifact combo decks (Thassa's Oracle lines relying on artifact rocks, Paradox Engine-style engines), Hulk's ETB functions as a 7cmc Vandalblast that also leaves behind a 9/9 body.
