Immortus provides scaling blue mana proportional to cards drawn this turn — a powerful draw-step mana engine for spellslinger and control shells that chain cantrips. The power-up ability is a one-shot wheel (each player shuffles hand+graveyard into library, draws 7) that refuels everyone symmetrically, making it best in decks that can exploit the fresh hands faster than opponents. The symmetric wheel and color-locked mana restriction limit its appeal outside deep blue-spell decks.
