Rationale
3cmc 2/2 — whenever Iroh attacks, all attacking creatures get +1/+1 until end of turn. A combat anthem stapled to a low-statted body; best in wide red aggro or token decks where multiple attackers benefit simultaneously. Fringe in Commander and Brawl because the effect requires attacking to trigger and a creature density to be impactful — a 2/2 body for 3 with no evasion underperforms as a standalone threat.
Learnings (2)
Iroh's anthem is global for attacking creatures (not just Iroh), making it scale well in token-heavy red aggro builds where many creatures swing at once, but the effect is entirely lost in decks that don't attack wide.

As a legendary Ally with Human Noble typing, Iroh can slot into Avatar: The Last Airbender-themed tribal builds but gains no mechanical tribal benefit from those subtypes in typical Commander shells.
