Rationale
Jeong Jeong is a 3cmc 2/3 that generates {R} on attacks (Firebending 1) and has a one-time Exhaust ability that puts a +1/+1 counter on himself and copies the next Lesson spell cast that turn. His ramp is marginal (only during combat) and the Exhaust copy ability is highly niche, requiring Lesson spells which are a specific subset of cards primarily from Strixhaven. He fits best in red spellslinger shells with Learn/Lesson synergy but is outclassed by most other options outside that narrow context.
Learnings (3)
Jeong Jeong's Exhaust copy trigger requires casting a Lesson spell the same turn the exhaust is activated — Lesson spells are a specific card subtype from Strixhaven/School of Mages, making this a very narrow synergy that typically requires dedicated deck-building support.

The Firebending 1 mana only lasts until end of combat, not end of turn, so it cannot be used to cast post-combat spells — this significantly limits its utility compared to standard attack-triggered ramp.

In Commander or Brawl, Learn spells (which let you fetch Lessons from outside the game) are the primary way to reliably trigger Jeong Jeong's Exhaust payoff, but Arena's sideboard rules and Commander's no-outside-the-game-cards rule make Lesson access inconsistent.
