Jhoira is a 4cmc 3/3 that draws a card for every historic spell (artifact, legendary, or saga) cast, making her an engine-level commander in artifact-heavy and legendary-matters shells. She is a premier combo enabler — in EDH she frequently enables storm-like turns drawing into Aetherflux Reservoir, Paradox Engine, or other finishers off a chain of cheap historic spells. She's a removal magnet but replaces herself quickly once online; she is naturally weak without dense artifact or legendary support.
