Katara, Seeking Revenge

Katara is a 3/3 legendary for 4 that loots on ETB (or just draws if waterbend cost is paid), and scales in power based on Lesson cards in the graveyard. She fits graveyard-matters and self-mill shells that accumulate Lesson cards, but her payoff is narrow — requiring a specific card subtype (Lessons) to grow beyond baseline. In Brawl/Commander she's too niche to be more than fringe without a dedicated Lesson/graveyard-accumulation strategy.
