Rationale

Kilo is a 3cmc 3/3 hasty legendary Robot Artificer that proliferates whenever it becomes tapped — attacking is the most natural trigger, but any tap effect (tap effects, crew, artifacts that tap it) also fires it. Haste means it proliferates the turn it enters, making it a premier proliferate engine in +1/+1 counter, planeswalker loyalty, and infect-toxic shells. The three-color pip cost (U/R/W) is restrictive but manageable.
