Rationale
Leonardo is a 4cmc 3/3 WUBRG-partner commander with two major payoffs: a token-enters trigger that puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control (once per turn), and a five-color activated ability granting your whole board menace, trample, and lifelink for an alpha-strike. He is signature in tokens-go-wide shells where every token entry ticks up the whole team, and can anchor a counters-voltron plan with enough token production. The five-color activation is extremely pip-heavy, making it a real cost outside of WUBRG commander decks. The Partner—Character select ability lets him pair with another TMNT partner for a two-commander shell.
