Madame Web is a 6-mana 4/4 that provides persistent top-of-library access and lets you cast Spider spells and noncreature spells directly from the top of your library, acting as a value engine in blue spider-tribal or spellslinger shells. The attack-triggered self-mill helps cycle through the library to set up future casts, but the full package requires attacking and having Spiders or noncreature spells on top, making it situational and slow. Best as a commander for mono-blue Spider tribal or a value piece in spellslinger decks that appreciate topdeck casting.
