Mangara is a 4cmc 2/4 lifelink legendary that draws cards when opponents attack with two or more creatures (at you/your walkers) or cast their second spell each turn. It is a premier white card-draw engine in control and midrange shells, punishing both combat-heavy and spell-heavy opponents; in multiplayer Commander it almost always draws multiple cards per round. Drops a tier in 1v1 Brawl because only one opponent triggers each ability at most once per turn, reducing the card's volume advantage.
