2cmc 1/1 legendary Turtle that ETBs creating a Mutagen token (artifact sac outlet for +1/+1 counters) and provides a Hardened Scales-style replacement effect that adds +1 extra counter whenever one or more +1/+1 counters would be placed on your creatures. Signature in +1/+1 counters and counters-voltron shells where the replacement effect multiplies counter placement across the board; the Mutagen token also doubles as a mana sink that self-synergizes with its own effect.
