Mm'menon is a 5cmc mono-blue legendary that turns all artifacts into Blue mana rocks that can only spend mana casting spells from outside your hand — critically enabling casting artifacts off the top of your library. The combination of top-deck visibility, artifact-cast-from-library permission, and the artifact-mana-to-nonhand-spell pipeline creates a powerful self-reinforcing engine in artifact-matters shells, with real combo potential (e.g. chaining artifacts from the top). Requires a meaningful artifact density to fully activate; at 5cmc is a removal magnet that must resolve and survive.
