3cmc 1/1 flying legendary that deals 4 damage to a tapped creature on ETB — a conditional removal stapled to a small evasive body. The ETB only hits tapped creatures an opponent controls, making it unreliable as removal (requires a tapped target to exist). Adequate in control/midrange as a tempo play if timed well (after attacks or a tap effect), but outclassed by dedicated removal at the same cost.
