Rationale
Pearl-Ear is a 3cmc 3/4 lifelink fox that reduces all enchantment spell costs by 1 for each Aura controlled (affinity for Auras) and draws a card whenever you cast an Aura targeting a modified permanent you control. She is a defining aura-voltron commander/99 piece — generating free card draw that fuels the engine while simultaneously reducing Aura costs, making her a self-sustaining enchantment engine in white. She belongs in aura-voltron and broader enchantment-matters shells; she actively conflicts with equipment-voltron (no Aura synergy) and strategies that don't run dense Aura packages.
Learnings (3)
The draw trigger requires the Aura target a MODIFIED permanent (has counters, Equipment, or Auras) — the first Aura on a bare creature doesn't trigger it unless the creature already has a counter or Equipment, so sequencing matters.

Affinity for Auras stacks multiplicatively with cost reducers like Starfield Mystic; in a dense Aura shell Pearl-Ear can make many enchantments effectively free.

As a 3cmc white legendary with lifelink she is viable as a Brawl/Commander pilot and also slots cleanly into the 99 of Aura-voltron or Enchantress EDH decks.
