Prime Speaker Zegana is a powerful ETB card-draw engine that scales directly with your biggest creature — entering as a massive body and refilling your hand in one shot. She's signature in Simic counters/merfolk shells where a large creature is reliably available, but is dead on an empty board and requires creature setup to function. She fits mid-power Commander brackets as a high-value midrange threat; too slow and setup-dependent for cEDH.

• Zegana's power (and thus draw count) is locked in at ETB resolution, so if the biggest creature dies in response to the enters trigger, she still calculates X from its last known power — but if she enters on an empty board she's a 1/1 that draws 1 card, making board presence before casting her critical.
