Rationale
A 7cmc 6/7 with vigilance, trample, and haste that draws a card on attack if you've cast a spell with MV 4+ that turn. In Limited it's a bomb — haste plus trample on a 6/7 demands an immediate answer and the card draw is icing. In Commander the 7cmc pip-heavy cost ({R}{R}{G}{G}) is steep for a vanilla-ish threat; the attack-trigger requires casting a big spell the same turn which is difficult without specific ramp, making it a marginal include outside Gruul midrange or big-spell shells. Brawl improves the picture slightly at 25 life where a hasty 6/7 trampler can close quickly.
Learnings (3)
The card-draw trigger requires casting a spell with MV 4+ in the SAME turn Rhino attacks, meaning you need at minimum 11 mana the turn you want to draw (7 for Rhino + 4 for the spell), making the draw very difficult without significant ramp or cost reduction.

Rhino's vigilance means after attacking it can still block, giving the card surprising defensive utility on top of its haste-enabled offense — relevant in Brawl where a single large blocker can stall ground aggro.

As a Legendary Human Villain, Rhino synergizes with both human tribal engines and legendary-matters payoffs, though neither tribe is a natural fit for Gruul colors at 7cmc.
