Rin and Seri is a 4/4 legendary that cross-generates Cat and Dog tokens whenever you cast either tribe's spells, then converts that board into damage and lifegain via its tap ability. It is the definitive Naya Cat/Dog typal commander, rewarding tribal density with an ever-growing token army and a built-in ping-and-lifegain finisher. The {R}{G}{W} pip activation and heavy reliance on tribal spell density make it weak outside its dedicated build.
