Rionya creates X temporary haste copies of a target creature at the start of combat, where X scales with instants and sorceries cast that turn — she is a spellslinger-payoff token generator that shines by duplicating high-value ETB or attack-trigger creatures (e.g. Dockside Extortionist, Impact Tremors enablers). She is a signature piece in red spellslinger-tokens builds and combos well with extra-combat effects. Tokens are exiled at end of step, so any value must come from ETBs or attacks, making her dead in voltron or pure control shells.
