Rationale
Sokka is a 4cmc Izzet-White spellslinger-tokens commander/card that grants menace and prowess to all Allies while generating a 1/1 Ally token every time you cast a noncreature spell — effectively fusing spellslinger with tokens-go-wide. His signature home is a Jeskai spellslinger-aggro shell that casts cheap instants/sorceries to flood the board with menacing, prowess-buffed Ally tokens. The triple-colored pip (U/R/W) makes casting him reliably demanding in non-dedicated builds, and the payoff requires both a critical mass of noncreature spells and a board of Ally creatures to maximize value.
Learnings (3)
Sokka's token-generation triggers off ANY noncreature spell, so cantrips, counterspells, and removal all simultaneously grow the board and pump all Allies via prowess — the synergy compounds rapidly even with low-impact spells.

The Ally subtype is narrow but his static ability buffs ALL other Allies, so pairing him with even a handful of Ally creatures (many Zendikar-block humans are Allies) turns the whole board into a menacing prowess engine.

In Brawl (1v1 at 25 life), Sokka is especially potent because the token flood plus menace makes blocking nearly impossible, and prowess bursts can end the game quickly; his three-color cost is less punishing in a format with access to a full mana base.
