Rationale
3cmc 2/2 legendary — ETB bounces up to one nonland permanent to its owner's hand. A Man-o'-War variant with a slightly wider bounce target (any nonland permanent, not just creatures), but on a vanilla 2/2 body with no evasion. Passable tempo play in Limited and blink shells that can re-trigger the ETB, but too fragile and underpowered for serious Commander consideration outside Spider typal curiosity.
