Rationale
Teo is a 4cmc 1/4 flier that loots whenever one or more flying attackers hit (once per attack step, not per attacker), and converts any discarded nonland into a +1/+1 counter. It rewards a flying-heavy aggro/voltron shell with repeatable card filtering and counter accumulation, making it a natural commander or role-player in blue skies or Pilot/Ally builds. The trigger fires only on attack and requires flying creatures, so it's dead without them.
