Rationale
A 5cmc legendary artifact Spacecraft that taps for {C}{C}{C} baseline, but its real payoff — tapping for X mana of any one color — requires accumulating 20+ charge counters via the Station mechanic (tapping creatures at sorcery speed). This is a very high bar: you need creatures with significant combined power and multiple turns to charge it, making it a slow-setup engine best in wide-board or high-power-creature shells. Its massive colored mana output is a combo/ramp payoff but requires substantial board investment.
Learnings (3)
The Station mechanic accumulates charge counters equal to a tapped creature's power (sorcery speed), so reaching 20+ counters requires either many large creatures or a creature with power 20+ (e.g. via pump); a 4-power creature needs 5 separate activations minimum.

The two activated abilities are independent: the baseline {T}: {C}{C}{C} is always available and reasonable for a 5-drop colorless rock, meaning the card provides value even if the 20-counter threshold is never reached.

Once the 20-counter threshold is met, tapping for X colored mana of any one color is effectively a ritual-level burst each turn — pairing with untap effects (Fatestitcher, Dramatic Reversal) can generate enormous colored mana in a single turn.
