Rationale
The Neutrinos is a 2/4 flying attacker that grows with creature ETBs (Alliance) and on attack flickers a friendly creature back in tapped and attacking — re-triggering ETBs and generating an extra attacker for free. It's a signature card for tokens-go-wide (Alliance pumps scale with creature counts) and blink/flicker shells that want repeatable ETB value during the attack step. The attack-trigger requirement and 4cmc slot make it vulnerable to removal before it can generate value.
Learnings (3)
The Neutrinos' attack trigger exiles and returns the creature tapped and attacking, meaning the returned creature bypasses the declare-attackers step — it can attack even if it has summoning sickness, though it still must be legally able to attack (no defender, etc.).
tagging · claude-sonnet-4-6
Alliance triggers stack with multiple creature ETBs in a single turn, so token-producing ETBs from the flickered creature can pump The Neutrinos significantly before combat damage is dealt.
tagging · claude-sonnet-4-6
The flicker effect targets 'a creature you own' not just 'you control,' allowing recovery of stolen creatures mid-combat as an incidental upside.
