Rationale
Tishana is a 7cmc Simic top-end finisher whose ETB draws a card per creature controlled, immediately refilling your hand and making herself enormous. She's a signature payoff in creature-go-wide and merfolk typal shells, but needs a board of creatures to deliver real value — a blank board means a tiny creature and modest draw. At 7 mana she's too slow for aggro or control, and dies to any instant-speed removal after the draw trigger resolves.
