Vohar is a 2-mana Dimir looter with two relevant modes: a repeatable loot that drains opponents when discarding instants/sorceries, and a sac ability to flash back any instant or sorcery from the graveyard. Signature in spellslinger and graveyard-matters shells where the loot feeds the yard and the sac ability generates immediate value; also relevant in Doomsday lines as a cheap legendary enabler. The sorcery-speed restriction on the sac ability is a meaningful limit, and sacrificing Vohar is a real cost.

• The sacrifice ability to recast from graveyard requires paying the spell's normal mana cost — it's a recast, not a free cast, so it's best used as a value play with medium-cost instants/sorceries rather than as a way to cheat expensive spells.
