Zegana is a 4/4 Simic legendary that draws a card on ETB if you control another +1/+1-countered creature, grants trample to all your countered creatures, and can self-adapt for 4 counters at {4}{G}{U}. She is a signature payoff in +1/+1 counters and counters-voltron shells where the static trample grant is the defining feature; her ETB draw is conditional on having a countered creature already in play, making her best in dedicated counters decks rather than as a generic goodstuff commander.
